How it all started...
Since 2015, we’ve been reaching out to the Wagoner, Oklahoma community—serving those in need, sharing the love of Jesus, and making an impact beyond the walls of any church building. In 2023, God placed it on our hearts to take this mission further and plant a church that would not only serve but also equip more people to serve. Beyond Borders Church was born with a vision to go beyond tradition and into the heart of the community.
Expanding the vision...
We started as a small gathering in a home in September 2023, following a more traditional church model. But in early 2024, God revealed something greater—our church wasn’t meant to follow the usual format. It was meant to be a church for families, where kids and adults learn together in a fun, engaging, and interactive way. As we prepared for our launch, we began reshaping our services, creating a space where everyone could grow in faith together. A month before our official launch, we embraced this new style of service, focusing on one main point each week to help families carry the message beyond Sunday. On Easter Sunday 2024, Beyond Borders Church officially launched and committed to doing church differently.
Where we are headed...
We believe the church isn’t just a place to gather—it’s a movement. That’s why we started Impact Weekend—one weekend a month dedicated to serving our community in real, tangible ways. But we’re not stopping there. As we grow, our goal is to increase these opportunities, making serving a regular and natural part of our church culture. We want to be a church that is always in motion, always reaching, and always making a difference. The more we love, serve, and shine the light of Jesus, the greater the impact we will have in Wagoner and beyond.
